Construction in Toroa

In Toroa we love building amazing creations with all the different blocks in our classroom. Our favourite things to build are houses, cars, zoos, cities, castles, roads, carparks, towers, shopping malls and playgrounds. Working together is lots of fun and helps us to think of even more ideas! Check out some of our best work. 

Duffy assembly with Maria Gill!

We were very lucky last Thursday at Wigram Primary School as we had our Duffy Assembly with the amazing Author, Maria Gill.

Maria writes many amazing stories for children and we loved hearing all about her favourite books, how she comes up with her stories and her past experiences.

Some children from our school even got to re-enact one of Maria's stories! It was very fun to watch!
