Here are some of our favourite areas in our learning space.
We love the burger/bakery stand because we can make yummy food to give to our friends. Sometimes, we even sell the food with play money!
This week we have chalk boards and our letters of the week at one of our Action Stations. This helps us to practise our letter formation and draw some fun pictures of things that start with C and D!
I love the bakery/burger stand. What is your favourite thing to buy at the bakery and do you have a bakery close by that you buy food from. I love the smell and taste of fresh white bread, it is so fluffy and soft.

ReplyDeleteWe love to buy pies at the bakery and fresh bread too, sometimes even a muffin! We have a local New World in Wigram that often bake delicious foods that you can smell when you walk around the supermarket. Do you have a supermarket close to you?
That sounds delicious! We do not have a bakery close to our school but we have the Hub Mall. Sometimes, if the wind is blowing the right way, we can smell the Tegal factory! It doesn't smell as nice as muffins. I wonder if there is a bakery at the Hub Mall?
ReplyDeleteWe love smelling the fresh food that comes from bakeries! We also go to the Hub sometimes too with our families. Some of us have seen a bakery by Pak' n Save before, they sell yummy cakes!
ReplyDeleteYummy! We love imaginary play here in our classroom too. Do you do any real baking at your school? Sometimes we do, we made a chocolate cake for reading at the end of last term.
